Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a simple 30-day returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
✓ Timeframe: Within 30 days of delivery
✓ Condition: Unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
✓ Packaging: Original packaging included
✗ Non-Returnable: Underwear, personalized items, sale merchandise marked “final sale”
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account at eclecticsdesign.com/returns
- Select the items you wish to return
- Choose refund method (original payment or store credit)
- Print your prepaid return label (UK only)
- Package items securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any Post Office or arrange collection
Refund Processing
• Timing: 5-10 working days after we receive your return
• Method: Original payment or store credit (your choice)
• Note: Original shipping costs non-refundable
International Returns
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
• Refunds exclude original international shipping fees
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately via eclecticsdesign.com/contact
- Provide: Order number + photos of damage
- We’ll arrange: Free return label and replacement/refund
Exchange Requests
We currently offer:
• Size exchanges (subject to availability)
• Color exchanges (subject to availability)

- We’ll ship new item once return is received
